At what age did you stop sterlising your baby’s things?
Eg bottles, spoons. Baby sites say there is no need from around 8 months but when did you stop?
This is totally weird for you to ask this as I asked my pal the same thing last night! I absolutley detest sterilising bottles. Not only sterilising but the cleanout of the actual unit is a pain too.
So, I have decided to put my very LARGE sterlising unit away and use a large bowl for washed out bottles/teats etc and pour over boiling water until submerged. My mum did this with mine and my sisters bottles when we were babies and it did just as good a job as a sterilising unit.
Regarding when to stop sterlising I personally think around one year is a better idea. It may seem pointless to sterilise feeding equipment when your baby is crawling around the floor and putting all sorts of things in her mouth, but the bugs that stick to milk curds can be dangerous. Your baby’s immune system will grow stronger into the second year and she’ll be able to combat infections more easily.
Hope this helps
How to Make a Shadow Box : How to Make a Baby Spoons & Photos Shadow Box
Hiya, I’ll just get straight to the point. I’m going to Sea World in less than a week now and I wanted to do an underwater inspired nail design for our trip!I have all of the colors of the rainbow (plus extra colors) in nail polish, a black polish with a skinny brush and a dotting tool/brush. I can’t think of anything! Anything water, sea, ocean, beach, etc. would work!
Ugh, I hate brain burps!
